Any refunds you receive after closing your account will be credited back to your Visa Debit Card Account.
To claim your funds, simply click the "Submit a request" button at the top of the page and fill out the redemption form.
Please keep in mind that refunds received more than 120 days after closing your Visa Debit Card Account may not be automatically processed. We recommend checking with the sender to ensure the funds haven't been returned before submitting your request.
